Alstom to build E250 million power plant in Australia (Energy Business Review)

French construction firm Alstom has been awarded a contract to build a turnkey 660MW open-cycle gas-fired power plant, which will be located at Munmorah, 120km north of Sydney, Australia. The approximately 𐺂 million deal for the so-called Colongra plant was awarded by Australian state-owned utility Delta Electricity.
